What are your payment terms?
We accept cash, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque, and UPI payments. Payment terms vary based on order size and customer relationship. For new customers, we typically work on advance or cash-on-delivery basis. Long-standing customers may have credit terms — please discuss with our sales team for specific arrangements.
Do you provide delivery to construction sites?
Yes, we offer direct-to-site delivery. Our trucks can deliver steel and construction materials directly to your project location across Kutch and Gujarat. Site delivery is subject to road access and minimum order quantities. Contact us with your site location for delivery feasibility and charges.
Are your products ISI/BIS certified?
Yes. All TMT bars and structural steel products we stock are ISI-marked and BIS-certified. We source only from reputed manufacturers who comply with Indian standards (IS 1786 for TMT bars, IS 2062 for structural steel). Mill test certificates (MTCs) are available on request for every consignment.
